Kids program

Ages ( 4-6)

Our kids program is aimed at building body coordination and strength. As well as discipline and focus. Teaches children how to interact with other students and how to act in a learning environment. We achieve this through lessons disguised in tumbling, and games. Having fun while learning the basic fundamentals to conquer life as a child and in self defense.

Ages (4-6) 5 Pm- 5:30 Pm

Ages ( 7-12) 5:30 Pm- 6:15 Pm

Classes are Monday through Thursday Monday: Gi Tuesday: MMA Wednesday: Nogi Thursday: Gi

You can Enroll your child in person at the gym, we have a small waiver for you to go over and sign. thank you!

Ages ( 7-12)

Our Youth program is a step up from our kids program. These classes are aimed at more physical scenarios, such as handling bullies. Self defense lessons such as being strangled, how to escape and how to navigate bad situations. This program will help increase confidence , self esteem and maintain a healthy physique. Make new friends while learning self defense.

Kids will have three types of classes during the week to keep them well rounded in self defense.

GI Jiu Jitsu - used to learn how to apply chokes with fabric , as well as pinning techniques to control partner without causing harm. Proper ways to trip or throw partner to ground

NO-GI Jiu Jitsu - (Shorts/T shirt) - How to control someone who isnt wearing a shirt with body grips such as wrist and leg control. Techniques to tackle or take down partners, as well as ways to attack/defend chokes with arms around neck.

MMA - Boxing gloves/ headgear/ shin pads needed - This class helps students navigate the world of punches and kicks. How to properly throw a punch, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and other techniques. As well as defend yourself against someone trying to assualt you.
